What is Deal Bazaar?

Deal Bazaar offers experiences, services, products and travel deals all over NZ. 

How does it work?

Click the Buy button and fill out your details to purchase. You can create an account (which will make it easier next time you buy something or check out as a guest.

How do I find my deals?

If you made a Deal Bazaar account you can always access your coupons by logging in and clicking ‘My Account’ at the top right corner of any Deal Bazaar page and clicking the deal. There you'll find everything you’ve bought, gifted to someone else, or received from someone else.

What happens if my deal expires?

You are advised to redeem the voucher before it expires or give us a call we'll check with the merchant. Also, refer to the T&C for specific deals since most of the vouchers are non-cancellable, non- Refundable and are meant to be used within the stipulated time.

How do I use my Deal Bazaar deal?

You'll receive a receipt in an email, and you can also find it under 'My Account' at the top of any Deal Bazaar page. Follow the ‘how to use’ instructions on your coupon in order to redeem it. Generally, you can use most Deal Bazaar Coupons straight away, but all deals have a specified ‘valid from’ date which you should always check. 

Are there conditions?

We work hard with our merchants to ensure they are fair to both you and them. Make sure you always read them and check the expiry date.

Where is my delivery?

We will get in touch with the merchant for you and let you know.


Can I get a refund?

We don't normally offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances and we treat each refund request on a case-by-case basis and in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

What if the business I bought a coupon for closes down?

If anything happens that makes it downright impossible for you to redeem your coupon, we'll make sure you get your money back. It’s part of the Deal Bazaar Guarantee.

What if something goes wrong with my purchase?

If something goes wrong we’ll get it sorted quickly and fairly, in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Acts.

Is my information safe?

We are fully PCI compliant which means your card details are secure and encrypted. Your personal information on your Deal Bazaar account is also protected.
